Library patrons can log in to library account using their patron ID and pin. 

Logging into your library account will enable you to:

1. access online resources and services via the library catalogue
2. see which books you have checked out and when they are due
3. renew books
4. renew periodicals
5. place holds
6. check the status of holds
7. check the status of InterLibrary Loan
8. view any outstanding fines
   
   

Manage Notifications Settings

To choose how you want to be notified or update your contact information, go to the Email, phone & notifications section in your account settings.

1. Choose Email or Telephone.
2. Add or update your email address and phone number.
3. Click Save Changes.

Notification methods
You can choose to be notified by email or telephone 

Notification types
You will receive the following notifications:

1. Hold pickup notices: hold notifications are sent the day after your hold arrives at your pick up branch.
2. Overdue item reminders: notifications are sent when you have checked-out items that are seven days overdue or five weeks overdue. A final reminder is sent by mail with a bill of the overdue charges
3.  Card expiry reminders: notifications are sent 30 days before your card is set to expire.
4. Due date reminders (Email Only): notifications are sent two days before your checked-out items are due.
5. eBook hold notifications: are managed separately through the e-services providers
